- You must not have a prior account that was closed, suspended, or terminated by 7z999 for any breach of these Terms or for fraudulent activity.
3. Account Registration and Maintenance
Each player may open and maintain only one active account on the 7z999 Platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, different mobile numbers, or different payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and permanent closure of all associated accounts. The following obligations apply to your account at all times.
- You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must not share your password or allow any other person to access or use your account.
- You must notify 7z999 customer support immediately if you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised, or if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals
All transactions on the 7z999 Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 7z999 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following approved payment methods for Bangladesh players. All payment transactions are subject to the terms of the relevant payment service provider in addition to these Terms.
Deposit Conditions
The minimum deposit on the 7z999 Platform is ৳200. Deposits are credited to your account balance in real time upon confirmation from the payment provider. 7z999 does not charge fees on deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay. Deposit limits may be set by your payment provider independently of 7z999's platform limits. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will result in the funds being returned and the account being reviewed.
Withdrawal Conditions

5. Bonuses and Promotions
7z999 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, as well as the general conditions set out below. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms, the promotion-specific term shall prevail for the purposes of that promotion only.
- All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement (rollover) that must be completed before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable rollover amount is stated clearly on each bonus offer page.
- Bonuses are credited to your bonus wallet and are not withdrawable as cash until the associated wagering requirement has been fully satisfied.

- Players may not hold more than one active welcome bonus. Attempts to claim the same bonus multiple times through the use of multiple accounts constitute fraudulent conduct and will result in permanent account closure.

6. Gameplay Rules and Betting Conduct

7. Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 7z999 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances and pending withdrawals, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable.
- Attempting to defraud 7z999 or any other player through any means, including but not limited to collusion, use of software bots, artificial intelligence tools, or automated betting scripts.
- Opening or operating multiple accounts simultaneously, or assisting another person to circumvent the one-account rule.
- Using the Platform for any purpose connected with money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal activity.
- Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or unintended system behaviours to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings accrued through exploitation of a technical error are not valid and will be reversed.
- Using deposit methods that are not registered in your own name, or depositing funds on behalf of a third party for the purpose of using the Platform.
8. Responsible Gaming

7z999 makes no warranty that the Platform will be available at all times without interruption, error, or loss of data. While 7z999 takes reasonable technical precautions to maintain platform stability, scheduled maintenance windows, network disruptions, or circumstances beyond 7z999's control may periodically affect availability. In such circumstances, 7z999's liability is limited to restoring service as quickly as reasonably practicable.
11. Amendments to These Terms
7z999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 7z999 will publish the updated Terms on the Platform with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may contact customer support to request account closure and withdrawal of any available balance.
